At Royal Watch Store, we take great care in preparing your order to ensure it meets our royal standards of quality.

Note: You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Coverage (Domestic Only)
We currently offer shipping only within India . We ship to all 28 states and 8 union territories across the country.

Shipping Partners: We partner with leading Indian logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and XpressBees to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Important: We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid Indian shipping address.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your pincode and the weight/dimensions of your order.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹2,999 .
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

SMS Updates: If you provided a mobile number, you may receive text updates on your delivery status.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
6.1 Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
6.2 Failed Delivery Scenarios
If a delivery fails due to any of the following reasons:

Recipient not available at the time of delivery

Repeated delivery attempts unsuccessful

Refusal to accept the package
Consequences:

The package will be returned to Royal Watch Store.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (which will be deducted from any store credit issued).

A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned orders.

Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping will require you to pay shipping charges again.
To avoid this: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, and that someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
7. Shipping Restrictions
7.1 PO Boxes
We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses for security and tracking purposes. Please provide a physical address (residence or business) where someone can receive the package.
7.2 Remote Areas
Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations (islands, certain rural areas, etc.) may take longer than the estimated delivery times. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated to you before processing your order.
7.3 International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded (minus any payment gateway charges, if applicable).
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
8.1 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product.

Include your order number and the photos.
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and upon confirmation, we will offer you:

A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), OR

Store credit equal to the value of the product (excluding shipping charges)
Note: We do not offer cash refunds for damaged products. The resolution will be either replacement or store credit.
8.2 Lost Packages
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 business days , please contact us immediately. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will:

Offer a replacement of the same product, OR

Issue store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges)
9. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

Before Shipment: Contact us immediately at royalwatchstoreweb@gmail.com . We will do our best to update the address if the order hasn't been processed yet.

After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect (fees may apply and are your responsibility).
10. Pre-Orders & Backorders
For items marked as "Pre-Order" or "Backorder":

Processing: Your entire order will ship when the pre-order item is available. If you have other items in the same order, they will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
