2. No Cash Refunds Policy

IMPORTANT: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

At Royal Watch Store, we maintain a strict no-cash-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, the transaction is final. This policy helps us maintain competitive pricing and invest in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.


3. Exchange Policy (The Only Option)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you have received a defective/damaged product, we offer exchanges or store credit only . No cash refunds will be issued.

3.1 Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3.2 Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused (no scratches, marks, or signs of wear)

  • All protective stickers and plastic still intact on the watch case and bracelet

  • Original packaging included (Royal Watch Store box, manuals, and tags)

  • Proof of purchase (order number and email confirmation)

3.3 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago

  • Worn, used, or damaged items (due to customer misuse)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Accessories (straps, bracelets, gift cards) unless defective

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items (marked as "Final Sale")


4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [Your Email Address] with the subject line "EXCHANGE: [Your Order Number]"

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange

  3. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address

  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in original packaging with the RA number clearly visible on the outside

  5. Inspection: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item (within 3-5 business days)

  6. Resolution: If approved, we will:

    • Process an exchange for the same item (if available), OR

    • Process an exchange for a different item of equal or greater value (price difference to be paid by customer), OR

    • Issue store credit for the full product value (excluding shipping charges)


5. Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item:

5.1 Reporting Window

You must report any defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery .

5.2 Required Information

To process a defective claim, please provide:

  • Clear photographs showing the defect/damage

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

5.3 Resolution for Defective Products

Upon verification of the defect, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), OR

  • Store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges)

Note: We do not offer cash refunds for defective products. The resolution is limited to replacement or store credit.


6. Store Credit

If you are approved for store credit:

  • Validity: Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance

  • Usage: Can be used toward any future purchase on royalwatchstore.in

  • Non-Transferable: Store credit is linked to your email address and cannot be transferred to another person

  • No Cash Value: Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash


7. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of the item received along with your order confirmation

  3. We will arrange for return pickup (at our cost) and ship the correct item to you

No cash refund will be issued for incorrect items. The resolution is replacement with the correct item.


8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of ordering: You may cancel your order for a full refund (to original payment method)

  • After 24 hours: Orders cannot be cancelled as they may have entered the processing/shipping phase

8.2 Refunds for Cancellations

The rare refunds issued for cancellations (within 24 hours) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.


9. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept:

  1. We will notify you via email once we receive the returned package

  2. restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your order value

  3. You will have the following options:

    • Re-shipment: Pay shipping charges again to have the order re-sent

    • Store Credit: Receive store credit for the remaining balance (product value minus restocking fee and original shipping charges)

    • Exchange: Use the remaining balance toward a different product

No cash refunds will be issued for failed deliveries.


10. Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping Charges: Non-refundable under any circumstances

  • Return Shipping for Exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item)

  • Re-shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs


11. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this "no refund" policy are:

  1. Order cancelled within 24 hours of placement (refund issued to original payment method)

  2. Legal requirements: If Indian consumer protection laws mandate a refund in specific circumstances, we will comply with applicable law
